You have solid business knowledge of the metals industry (preferably Aluminum or Titanium) combined with strong analytical and project-management skills – must have led major projects and teams in the past with demonstrated excellent results

You can independently prioritize your work among several projects running in parallel and you are not afraid when faced with tight deadlines

You are used to deliver Executive Team and Board ready materials that communicate key messages in a succinct and convincing manner

Willingness to relocate to our plant in Issoire (France) will be considered positive

Constellium A&T has an exciting opportunity for a business professional experienced in the metals industry to join its Strategy team serving the Aerospace and Defense markets worldwide

The position reports to the Strategy & Marketing Director A&T, and maintains a strong working relationship with the Sales Director Aerospace and the Directors of our plants in Issoire, Montreuil-Juigné (France) and Ravenswood (USA). serving this market

The main responsibilities of the position are:

Assess the impact of economic and political megatrends in the Aerospace markets. Monitor opportunities and disruptive forces that may impact our position in these markets
Monitor customers, products and competitors, including other technologies and materials, and develop transparency analyses
Drive key strategic initiatives related to the choice of materials for next-decade aircraft platforms in close collaboration with Customer Application Engineering and R&D teams
Analyze growth potential and profitability of current product lines and identify opportunities for expansion across the portfolio
Assist the Sales Director in the development and implementation of the commercial plan and the revenue growth strategy 2030
Assist the Sustainability Manager in the implementation of a sustainability program for Aerospace customers in line with the A&T Strategy 2030.

Profil recherché

You have at least 8+ years’ experience with a success record in Strategy or business development, preferable in the Aerospace market. Experienced professionals with multi-disciplinary background – commercial, operations, technical or financial – are also encouraged to apply
You have solid business knowledge of the metals industry (preferably Aluminum or Titanium) combined with strong analytical and project-management skills – must have led major projects and teams in the past with demonstrated excellent results
You can independently prioritize your work among several projects running in parallel and you are not afraid when faced with tight deadlines
You are used to deliver Executive Team and Board ready materials that communicate key messages in a succinct and convincing manner
You are willing to travel (up to 20% of your time)
Willingness to relocate to our plant in Issoire (France) will be considered positively
Knowledge of other languages (particularly French) are a plus
