Role overview

We are looking for a proactive, driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a crucial part of Ondorse’s growth journey, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our platform and the value it delivers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads, qualify them, and set up meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to make an impact in a fast-growing tech company.

  • Proactively identify and research potential customers across industries, focusing on compliance and risk management needs.
  • Reach out to prospects via emails, calls, and LinkedIn to generate interest in Ondorse’s solutions.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and qualify them for the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team, maintaining clear and effective communication to ensure seamless handoff.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and follow up with inbound leads.

Profil recherché

What we are looking for

  • A self-starter with a keen interest in technology, compliance, and B2B sales.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to connecting with new people
  • Fluent in French and in English.
  • Some experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
