Mission

As part of the implementation of a new commercial structure dedicated to the France We are looking for an administrative and commercial assistant for the Away From Home France circuit (AFH=Circuit Hors domicile)

The sales assistant is responsible for supporting the Head of AFH and the key accounts on the administrative part. He/she is the interface between the company and its customers.

This position reports directly to the Head of AFH

This position represents an opportunity to participate in the construction of a new commercial structure that does not yet exist.

Main missions

• Customer contact point for the follow-up of promotional offers / responses to calls for tenders / billing concerns, deliveries, prices, sending product sheets … and resolution of potential problems
•Update sales statistics and analytics
•Creation of references and accounts in databases
•Organization of meetings
•Internal sales team support
•Declarations: monitoring of contractual commercial agreements and budgets
• Help with the preparation of appointments (follow-up sales statistics / analysis / preparation of powerpoint presentation, …)
•Follow-up of budgets / provisions / invoicing

Profil recherché

Experience desired

• Higher education type BAC +2, you ideally have an experience of 3 years on a commercial assistant position (type management assistant SME-SMI or customer relationship negotiation …) on consumer products
•Experience on the out-of-home / RHF circuit.
•Experience as a sales assistant with follow-up of commercial agreements.
